Negócios jurídicos que envolvam a transmissão de terrenos para construção urbana

As novas regras resultantes das alterações ao Regime Jurídico da Urbanização e Edificação (RJUE) devem entrar em vigor a 1 de outubro e não a 3 de agosto. Segundo divulgado pelo Governo, a entrada em vigor da revisão do Regime Jurídico da Urbanização e da Edificação (RJUE) será adiada para 1 de outubro de 2026. O Decreto-Lei foi aprovado no Conselho de Ministros de 23 de julho, a fim de dar mais tempo aos municípios para adaptar e parametrizar as suas plataformas informáticas e para implementar a regulamentação complementar prevista.
